Just had lunch at Hachi and it was wonderful. Great rolls, great Poki, sushi was so fresh and tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly, definitely will be back

Hachi sushi & omakase is some of the best sushi in the entire country. The sushi is incredibly fresh, clean, and well balanced. The fish is so fresh that no soy sauce is needed. Everything is nicely presented with attention to detail. The service is personable, efficient, welcoming, attentive, and exceptional. The staff welcomes guests like family. This authentic sushi spot has Japanese chefs. In a city full of overpriced omakase places, this is a refreshing change. The menu is well executed with favorite items including the scallop roll, Hachi tower, nana roll, and crispy rice tuna. The hidden food item is the house made dressing for the salad, made by the owner. To go orders are bagged properly and with care. The establishment delivers with consistency, kindness, quality of food, and overall human interaction. This is a must try in the area and a weekly highlight.
