They wanted my name and phone number just to sit down. Why do they need my phone number if only to sell it. This is how to stop spam calls. Don't give it out period. There was no wait time. They said I could have a seat as soon as I entered my info. Came happy for the sushi train...left disappointed

Great spot when you want casual, convenient, and minimal human interaction. Apart from being greeted and seated, you can pretty much self serve, including payment. The variety on the belt is sufficient, if you don’t see anything, you can use the interactive menu above your table. The drinks are brought by a robot, my toddlers love it! The sushi is fresh and well prepared.

Food: It’s similar to grocery store sushi. I have no idea what other reviews are talking about being amazing sushi.
Service/experience: it’s really a fun experience. A robot brings your drinks. You do all the ordering from either your phone or a screen at the table. It’s also fun just to grab Sushi from the conveyor belt.
Price: maybe a little more than I’d expect based on the quality of the sushi. But not too far off.
Overall it’s worth going to bc it’s a fun experience. That’s the main driver for my stars. The kids had fun, but even they didn’t think the sushi was that good. Probably a one and done for us.

At first glance, the place seemed nice, but things quickly went downhill once we walked in. The floor was sticky, which should have been a red flag.
After being seated, the waiter forgot to ask if we needed soy sauce or wasabi, which is pretty basic for a place like this.
The food itself was disappointing old, dry, and lacking in flavor. It was so bad that we left after the first dish. Overall, it was an awful experience, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Food has definitely improved since the last time we visited. My children always love the cartoon toy gimmick. Thank you for the service. I still feel for the expensive price we pay the food can be slightly bulkier (fish size) but then again I know that sushi here in DFW are the price of diamonds. Don't know why.
Updated 9/30/24. Second dining experience not so good at all. I know the serving is pretty much self serve and robot brings out water and wasabi but the waiters were not attentive to us at all when the front end things were needed. Were we to assume even water and wasabi must be ordered on the menu? If so what are the waiters there for? Second reason for the low review setting. My kids and I have a sore stomach after eating. Is the sushi grade lowered since a few years ago ? I had given you four stars three years ago.

This is a super fun place to come with our kids. The sushi is totally mid but entirely acceptable. The kids have a blast every time.
We spend $140 with tip for 2 adults and 3 kids (6,12,14)

Food was good buy very expensive. Reminds me of some of the sushi places I used to go to when I was stationed in Japan.
