I order from here all the time, but tonight the pizza sucked all 3 of the pizzas we order were bad.
Ashley the GM called me the next day and was extremely apologetic. It was nice to see someone take steps to clear the error. She definitely won us back for another try. Worst experience ever. If Internet tells you 68 minutes and you call to cancel, don't let them lie to you and say it will be less. I did this and they lied and said 25 minutes. Placed order today at 10:45 for pickup at 12 noon. That is 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my order ready. My husband arrived at 12 noon, when the order was to be picked up, and has been waiting for 15 minutes at the store and says it is still not ready. MIssing Cowboy's game. This is not the first time a carryout order has not been ready when it was supposed to be. Boo to Papa John's Little Elm :(
