Feb 17th app order completely wrong. Didn’t realize until I got home. Basic skills necessary to get customer orders correct is severely lacking.
Service is awful. Husband drove through this morning to order donuts along with some other items. Nobody in front of him. Gets to the window and they hand him everything from the order EXCEPT the donuts. Then, the person who took the order comes over and says she didn’t hear him order donuts… he then pulls out the receipt that shows all the donuts ordered… only after she was going to try to charge him $12 more dollars for donuts.
