Skillet Flame offers great food with fresh ingredients, from bread to hash browns. The best French toast is available, with Lotus cream that is like fresh fondue from Dubai. The steak omelette with house made salsa is delicious and filling. They have local hot sauce. The coffee is amazing, especially the caramel ice coffee, which is way better than coffee shops. Autumn makes the best caramel ice coffees and lattes that come out special and pretty. Service is fast and staff is super friendly and nice. Autumn is amazing, gives a lot of detail about how everything is cooked, is attentive, and knows the menu. Greyson is friendly and courteous, ensuring orders are correct. The same two females are a great team, always smiling and handling the door, phone, and drinks. On the weekend, it is best to come earlier when they open.
