Subway in Frisco

“I always enjoy going to this subway. Manoha has taken my order several times now and its always a pleasure to speak with him.
I did notice that it was only him running the store alone.
I would've expected there to be someone else to help him out at least considering all the tasks that need to be done to run the store smoothly.“

“If you thought you’ve give up on subway 5 years ago, let this location change your mind. I haven’t had subway in years. I come here, my husband and I are greeted and had the best subs made for us. It made our whole day. Everyone was so nice. The place was so clean. The food was fresh and flavorful. Milly (I think) made our subs and she has been curating subs for years. She’s passionate. It’s hard to find these days. Amazing job!“

“This Subway is located conveniently at my local Walmart location and is often quite empty. The lines are very short so you get service quickly. The food is very fresh and I like to see how my food is being made in front of me. My favorite item at Subway is the Roasted Chicken Breast on Italian Bread.“

“I have been going to this Subway for the past few years and really enjoy the food and the services. Since it has been remodeled, its bright and very modern. I have tried several items on the menu and all are great, however, my favorite is the Tuna sandwich. The 2 ladies that work there are really nice and provide great service! I meet with a lot of clients between McKinney and Prosper, however, I usually will wait and stop at this store for lunch because of the service. I highly recommend coming to this store.

Parking: Never had issues finding a place to park.“

“I have been visiting this Subway since it’s the closest to my home, but I am consistently disappointed. I never reported it before, as I assumed the service issues were because mostly college kids are employed here.

Today, however, was unacceptable. When I ordered Italian Herb & Cheese bread, I was told it was “out of stock.” Yet, I could clearly see a full rack of it. When I pointed this out, the response I received was that they were “saving those for future customers” and that it’s difficult to bake more, especially for online orders. This reasoning makes no sense—why would future customers be prioritized over the ones standing in front of you?

I’ll give this location one more chance, but if I face the same issue again, I’ll take my business elsewhere and escalate the complaint to Subway corporate.“

“This place is clean. The worker greeted me with a smile and asked what I wanted. The food tasted so fresh and nice. I got a Ham sub. Edgar, the manager, takes good care of the food and takes special care of the food and attention. I would recommend it to my friend.“

“Hennessy was exact in delivering supreme customer Service! If you were not looking in her direct for management, you may want to consider her for something with more responsibility because she was excelled at all things mgmt related. We are grateful we had her help us create the best experience, learned so much from her educational information she detailed to us and felt like we were offered more than just a sandwich. She grave us the best experience we’ve ever had.
