“I always enjoy going to this subway. Manoha has taken my order several times now and its always a pleasure to speak with him.
I did notice that it was only him running the store alone.
I would've expected there to be someone else to help him out at least considering all the tasks that need to be done to run the store smoothly.“

“Everytime I come in at my lunchtime it always feels so welcoming! They are very friendly and helpful and the place is always clean and tidy. It looks amazing with the fresh new touch ups! Maria Villa is always so happy and attentive and that is rare these days in customer service. Thank you Maria, it is because of you I come to this location ?.“

“Despite the negative reviews garnered by this location recently, I had a very pleasant and efficient experience. Given, it was mid-volume on a Tuesday, but the 2 ladies working seemed to handling things quite well. As the line got a little longer, another gentleman came out to help. Everyone was very polite and seemed interested in doing their work, and doing it well at that.My only tiny opportunity to mention would be the lettuce quality. It was pretty poor. That said, all of the other produce looked surprisingly fresh and appetizing. It is difficult to get good produce right now, so this may just be a supplier issue and no fault of the restaurant.Additionally, for a quick service restaurant at busy lunchtime, the dining room was quite clean looking. It seemed to be well kept with no build-up along the floor edges.Overall, on this particular day, they did a stellar job. I'm not on this side of town often, but I'll be sure to stop in the next time I am.Thanks for a great lunch!“

“I have been going to this Subway for the past few years and really enjoy the food and the services. Since it has been remodeled, its bright and very modern. I have tried several items on the menu and all are great, however, my favorite is the Tuna sandwich. The 2 ladies that work there are really nice and provide great service! I meet with a lot of clients between McKinney and Prosper, however, I usually will wait and stop at this store for lunch because of the service. I highly recommend coming to this store.

“This Subway is located conveniently at my local Walmart location and is often quite empty. The lines are very short so you get service quickly. The food is very fresh and I like to see how my food is being made in front of me. My favorite item at Subway is the Roasted Chicken Breast on Italian Bread.“

If you were not looking in her direct for management, you may want to consider her for something with more responsibility because she was excelled at all things mgmt related. We are grateful we had her help us create the best experience, learned so much from her educational information she detailed to us and felt like we were offered more than just a sandwich. She grave us the best experience we’ve ever had.

“A fantastic experience when I went in yesterday! Got in line and Chris was smiling and ready to go, after another employee's shift had ended and she left. We had a great chat about video games while getting my sandwich made, and the sandwich was made perfectly to my liking too!I chose to eat inside, and got to overhear such pleasant conversations he held with each customer as they got their sandwiches made. Chris's customer service game was on point! Everybody was smiling and laughing, he was making it a great experience for everyone!He turned what would normally be a simple, boring sandwich run into a great and friendly experience for many people~ Please, seriously consider giving him a raise, or at the very least a bonus for him. He has proven just how great his customer skills are that day, and really ought to be rewarded for it in some form or fashion!“

“Stopped in and ordered my daughter and myself some sandwiches. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and super helpful. Guy in front of me had two small boys with him and he was very patient with them. It was great to see such good customer service.“
