Normally I have an amazing experience with you all. Tonight not so much. I went through tonight to get a remake on some food that was messed up. No big deal, everyone makes mistakes. I have never had such a horrible interaction as I did tonight. Although they had the receipt, my name, and what happened. I ended up having to explain the situation SEVERAL times, and at one point had to pull up my bank account to confirm the information that he already had in his hand!
