Absolutely amazing!! Hands down best sushi that we have had in all of Katy/Fulshear. Especially the Cross Creek Roll!!
When I first entered, there was a few but not a lot of customer. However, I underestimated them and when the hibachi was being made, and after I took a bite, it was heavenly good. I totally recommend it. 👍

Yen Teppanyaki and sushi offers one of the best dining experiences. The food is exceptional, with rich flavors and excellent presentation. The sushi is always fresh and creative, and the hibachi is flavorful and cooked perfectly every time. Great quality food, generous portions, and a fun atmosphere. The service is top-tier, with staff who are attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The atmosphere is perfect—comfortable yet elegant. Everything comes together to create a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended whether for sushi or hibachi. A previous customer had a negative experience with to-go packaging, but the owner responded within a week to make it right. Overall, the restaurant is clean, and the chefs are nice.
