We were in town for a show at the casino, we stayed at a motel about a mile from this bbq spot. My goal was to find a hole in the wall BBQ place those are the best ones that have BBQ! I am not a fan of big Corp food industries. I love to support a true hard working American. I'm so glad Google recommended this guy, I read all his reviews and i said this is where I am going to go. Me and my mom just moved into town. We got told that this gentleman had some great bbq. We had chopped brisket on tx toast with slaw and potato salad. The Best food ever!!! Definitely going back there again!!

Why waste your time eating bbq anywhere else? If you live in Gainesville or near Gainesville or hell in north Texas make the drive and go to Jaz's BBQ. You will not be disappointed. I've eaten bbq all over the world and this is some of the best.
