Our party came in the restaurant around 8p. The waitress told us that they close the kitchen at 8 so we felt rushed. My first time here and so I was excited when I found the bean dip was delicious. Ordered the beef tacos and was shocked to see that they used store bought corn shells. What a disappointment. No flavor. Felt like I was eating cardboard. I have been to Las Lazos numerous times and have always enjoyed the food. Went last evening for my birthday and had excellent service from Carolina. We each had a wine margarita which was very good. We ordered Tilapia Chipotle which had a tasty shrimp sauce and a side of Charro beans. I tried Taquitos Chilango with Charro beans for the first time. Will definitely order this dish again.
Finished with freshly made Churros and Sopapillas.
