Hendley Wine Co. is a hidden gem for wine tasting and food in Galveston. Wine glasses range from $13 to $16, and sandwiches range from $11 to $13. The best turkey sandwich and the Cee Brie (jam, Brie, Turkey, and apples?!!) are favorites. The Sicilian sandwich is also delicious. Pesto grilled cheese is a favorite for those who do not drink. Service is fast and the owner is so nice. Staff are friendly, super knowledgeable, and personable. The indoor area is pretty and peaceful, perfect for aesthetic photos and chatting. Pet friendly adds a cherry on top. Live music and open‑mic nights are sometimes held. The food selection is great, and the atmosphere is cute. It is a place that visitors will frequent and residents will love.
