Island Acai is a cute little acai truck. The acai bowls are delicious, with fresh ingredients. A customer loved the dragon fruit Açaí bowl, noting its smooth, creamy texture and tropical essence. The Islander Bowl also features very fresh fruit and smooth, flavorful açaí. Customers can add as many toppings as they want without extra charge. The snack size is $8 and is a pretty good amount, while the $13 large size is large enough for splitting with a date or calling it lunch. The service is incredible and lovely, with staff having warm, friendly smiles. One owner even offered a refund and two free bowls after a storm canceled an order. The hours change depending on the season, but Fridays and Saturdays are consistently open until 5pm. The main parking is street-side, so paying attention to signs is recommended to avoid a ticket. This spot is highly recommended for a delightful and nutritious pick-me-up.
