The food was good. The only issue we had was outdoor seating had too many flies around.Next time will choose inside dining instead. We choose outdoor because it was less noisy. Thank you Jon, you did a great job serving us. Will definitely come back on our next Galveston trip.Parking: There is free street parking right in front of the restaurant. It could be difficult to find a spot during peak hours.
Ranks up to one of the best .eals I have ever had. Batter fried Golden Tile and fresh Gulf shrimp was absolutely amazing. The crab mac and cheese was out of this world.

So great, the oysters fiesta was a like there was a party in my mouth and everyone was invited. The chef’s choice of red snapper was delish. The staff is also made up of locals and very knowledgeable of the surrounding area.

We decided to eat here after talking to the Ukrainian bartender we talked to at the lounge downtown. We were able to get right in on April 18th without any wait. You have to sit at the bar for Happy Hour, so we had to be sat down again. I'm so glad that we did the happy hour, though, because we saved ourselves a ton of money because of doing it. I'm also glad our waitress stopped us from ordering more because the servings were huge. All the food was awesome, though, and the snapper wings were extremely unique and good. Very great place, and it wasn't too expensive because of happy hour. I will say, though, you have to really like the smell of fish if you sit outside because it smells like fish very strong if you sit outside for dinner or lunch.
Amazing experience! I highly reccomend the beer battered fish and shrimp. Absolutely fabulous!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp, it is a bit of a walk, but it keeps it from being too steep.
It was the worst restaurant I've ever been to never again total waste of money I can honestly say it was pathetic

We walked in to be seated and turned around and left. The smell of seafood garbage was terrible. I looked at my wife and she was holding her nose. Apparently everyone who works there is nose blind! Me personally am not very particular. I grew up on a farm and can eat almost anything just about anywhere but even I had to leave.Katie's was highly recommended and I'm sure the food is great. I wish I could have stayed but there was no way I could do that.
