Little Daddy’s Gumbo Bar

Outstanding food coupled with welcoming service definitely makes this place worthy of its high praise, and I make a point to come by every time I'm in town. The gumbo, alligator, and bread pudding were especially great during my most recent visit, and the manager made a point to frequently check up on our table to make conversation and see how we were doing.

I recommend this spot for anyone looking for amazing food quality at a reasonable price. The namesake is delicious, but even if you don't like gumbo, there are still lots of other good options on the menu. Definitely worth it!

Stopped by for a cocktail (or 2) and ended up staying for dinner. The food was excellent especially the coconut shrimp. Keeli was our server and did an amazing job. Definitely will be back

10/10 customer service. Johnathan our server was so sweet and attentive to us. The summer peach tea was phenomenal. The Gulf Shrimp Platter has the best fried shrimp. Tasted like it came fresh out the Gulf. Fries were seasoned well, crispy on the outside, pillowy on the inside. Caroline came by to check on us and took care of my friend when her gumbo was not up to par and was very sweet about getting her something else. Will definitely be back for the atmosphere, excellent customer service and great food

Stopped by Daddy’s Gumbo for dinner and it did not disappoint. We tried the happy hour appetizers and the Mumbo Gumbo. The roux was rich, dark, and absolutely delicious. The portions are huge, the service was phenomenal, and everyone was so friendly. We’ll definitely be back!
