Can’t say enough good things. We left a stuffed animal in the sheets and they returned it to us! Microwaves cost $10 but it was worth it anyway.
I had the Steakhouse Skewer with lobster, filet mignon, and colossal shrimp. It was fabulous, but next time my husband and I will share it. So much food! We were staying at another resort and had no way to take home the leftovers. Our waiter, Ricardo, was absolutely amazing. He made everything so wonderful. We booked the San Luis in Galveston eight months in advance. Upon check-in, we were placed on a standard, non-VIP floor without any explanation or acknowledgment. It quickly became clear that the hotel had overbooked and quietly bumped us from the room we reserved, hoping we wouldn’t notice.
