This place is for sure a hidden gem in Galveston, I went couple of weeks ago their food is so fresh and their prices arent bad at all for the amount of food you get, now for the seating you have inside and outside I definitely recommend outside the decor and sitting was so nice and to top it off the place was really clean so if you find yourself hungry in Galveston take a stop on by :)

Terribly tasteless and outrageously overpriced. The girl at the register wasn’t interested in suggesting gluten-free options and only pointed at the menu above. The gluten-free fried oysters were disgusting. Everything fried seemed to be cooked in the same oil, absolutely flavorless! The fried shrimp weren’t even peeled! Money thrown away — minus $60 for just three dishes, and we were left hungry. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Food was great! They ran out of crawfish and that's what I wanted but I settled for the shrimp and the gumbo.

Excellent shrimp poboy, fried onion rings, and hush puppies. The shrimp gumbo was okay and in my opinion, lacking the kick and flavor I'm accustomed to from NOLA's gumbo. This restaurant is away from the tourist spots in Galveston Seawall so it's not crowded and you'll get to eat immediately. That's always a plus! Will definitely be back for our monthly island time getaway.
