We go to Sky Bar almost every Friday for our sushi date night. We are always treated royally by the staff, in particular DJ and AJ. They know our drink order, so our cocktails almost beat us to our seats. DJ is quietly in control, orchestrating smooth operations between front house and kitchen, and still welcoming customers with a confident smile. Between the food and the wonderful service, Sky Bar is one of our top island favorites!!

Sky bar has consistently been the go to place on the island for sushi. They always have the best vibes and have the best martinis! DJ does a great job as a manager and the spot has always delivered. The reverse happy hour is awesome and the quality of the food is top notch. Definitely recommend. We’ve been coming here for the last five years with friends and it never disappoints.

We have had a great experience here many times and the manager Kendal always finds a way to make it special. Mine and my wife's go to spot for date night. The sushi is always fresh and the atmosphere is perfect.
