Taste of the Strand Food Tours, Galveston

Fantastic experience! I highly recommend that anyone come and take this tour. You’re going to have some amazing food and hear some fantastic stories about the incredible history that we have here in Galveston. It’s just a great opportunity for people to experience everything on the strand without having to figure it all out from themselves. There are so many great tours on this island and Taste Of The Strand is definitely one of the best. Highly recommended.

Our tour guide, Rachel, was most informative and had a fun sense of humor. We learned a lot of interesting information. She was just the right amount of attention while still giving us space for our food samples, etc… The food was delicious and each restaurant made us feel welcome. We definitely recommend this tasting tour. My only wish is that we would have done it earlier on in our trip so we could revisit some of the stops but there’s always next time.

I took this tour with some friends and was very surprised at how interesting it was, and even though I had been to a few of the restaurants, the things that we tried were things I had never tried there before and was very happy with it. I would gladly recommend it to people, both new to the island and People who have been here many times before.

We Went on the Pubs N Grubs tour with our amazing guide Rachel, This is one of the highlights of our Galverston trip . Great food and lots of different drinks, learned a lot of the history and got to experience many different establishments. Definitely got what we paid for! Rachel’s knowledge, sense of humour, and personality made this a great night!
