Beer Gardens near Garland, TX

Lakewood Brewing Company Brewery • $
2302 Executive Dr, Garland

“I was there with couple of family members and really enjoyed the drinks. So many varieties of awesome tasting beers and great staff to serve as well. Food seems more expensive for the quantity given. I ordered nachos and tasted good but cost is high for the quantity given. So make your own choice on the food…. They also have beers to take home and prices are reasonable. I will visit again for the beer.“

“Flying saucer is awesome! I've been comming here since it opened and have never had a bad experience. I've brought many friends, family and coworkers here, and every time we all enjoy it. Everything on the menu I've had to eat has been exceptionally tasty, their menu has a lot of good and filling options ( the nachos are the best) and the amount of beers they have on tap is insane. I've found many local alternatives to some of my favorite beers that are even better than what you can pick up at the store and the service is always top notch. The servers know everything about every beer they serve and can answer any question you have about them. I've never had a suggestion I didn't like. Food and drinks come out blazing fast, everyone is very friendly, the environment is chill, but very social, and you can go sit out on the patio and enjoy the lake and watch the sunset. They have trivia nights too that are a lot of fun. If your in the area and are looking for a new place to try, I suggest coming here. They won't disappoint.Parking: They share a parking lot with the other restaurants and bass pro shop, there's always plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs to get inside, walkways are wide too“

“Fantastic place to go to. Especially if you are a tourist (like me) and want to experience this Americana bar. Great spot and very eclectic. The food at the 90's BBQ food truck though was out of this world! I am a foody and a bbq snob and the brisket here was next level. Generous portions, absolutely tender and moist and just.... Perfect. It had that jiggle that all postmasters crave. To say I was surprised to get this quality at this bar is an understatement. I hoped it was gonna be good but damn....this was amazing.Cannot wait to go back!“

“We have loved Oak Highlands Brewery for years. It is a fun spot for a date night or group hang out. I recently hosted my husband's birthday party and was blown away. Ryan was incredibly easy to work with on the planning and the staff was so nice and accommodating before, during and after the party. I highly recommend!“

Fried Pickle and Fried Jalapenos

“8/9/23: We arrived shortly after 4pm, sat at a table, and Emma was a great hostess. We ordered drinks and they came pretty quickly. We ordered fried jalapeños, chicken wings, chicken quesadilla, and chili cheese fries. Our order didn't take very long and the food was very hot on arrival. It was too hot to sit outside. We enjoyed our Happy Hour, and Emma kept checking on us to make sure we were okay. She was very attentive and friendly. There was plenty of parking outside, and the location was great.“

“I have loved this place for a long time, old location and new. The new location is just down the street from the old one and almost 4 times the size. The atmosphere is so awesome. I notice something new every time I visit. You HAVE to get a pretzel! It will blow you away. I typically get the large sausage plate and either share it or take it home for leftovers. The German potatoes and sauerkraut are also very tasty. Sometimes, on weekends, there is a polka band or an accordion player. If you are a beer drinker, I don't believe there is a single domestic beer on the menu. They are all tap, bottle, or can from Germany. The list is extensive. I saw a glass so tall the other day, I almost screamed out, Das Boot!?! The female wait staff are dressed up in Dirndal dresses. It adds to the atmosphere. You will not be disappointed. If you have a large group, it is best to call ahead and make a reservation, or you may have a really long wait.“
