Shend was awesome, as was all of our food and the experience as a whole!
Even while clearly short-staffed, which they mentioned up front and apologized for, the service was great! We never ran out of anything before being brought refills without even having to ask, and Shend was quick to suggest dishes/options to try.
Also, asking for their house-made tomato dressing to dip the bread in is a must :)

First time here and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting with just the right balance of elegance and comfort from the moment we arrived the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home the food was so amazing

My pasta with meat sauce was good but the meatballs seemed to be room temperature compared to the rest of the dish. Salad was your typical Italian house salad. Iceberg lettuce was fresh, crisp and cold but also watery. Knotted rolls were inferior to most other Italian restaurants.
