Got the strawberry Dubai chocolate cup last night and the chocolate was all hard and stiff, which made it hard to eat. The flavor was there and it tasted great, just wish the chocolate wasn’t hardened. Not sure if they premade the cup beforehand. For such an expensive fruit cup it should’ve been fresh.

I loveeeee this place! I love big dash! My fav item is the Dubai strawberry cup! I hope this item stays foreverrrrrr. I also want to thank the staff there, they are so amazing to my husband who goes every week lol thank you all! Crystal, Bri, Hassan and Nouri <3 <3

Rating 3 stars merely due to female staff. I frequent this location simply because it’s closest to me however each time I go, the women staff seem so bothered and rude. To not be greeted and instead asked “do you know what you want?” upon approaching the counter is not okay. Management needs to seriously address this.
