I had a really great experience here! I brought two of my nephews and cousin here and they loved it. Barkot, one of the staff, was so kind and patient, especially when my nephews were wanting to try different flavors of ice cream. She was so friendly and often checked up on us. Thank you so much for the exceptional service! This location is also really clean and not too crowded.

I been coming here for over 2 years and just coming tonight I did not like the approach of one of the girls staff she had black hair the one who had a snobby attitude the other one had blonde she was pretty nice . The conversation was forced to have a small conversation in what i wanted and it looked like she didn’t even want to be there. Treating guest with a snobby attitude isn’t going to bring your customers back just saying !!!!! When I come to big dash I always buy...

First time here! Kunafa was amazing and the lemon mint sorbet is summer in a cup. The store was very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful for a first timer. I didn’t know about this place until I was buying a Dubai chocolate bar at Tom Thumb and the cashier told me I had to try Bigdash if I liked Dubai Chocolate. We’ll definitely be back.
