Went on a Sunday afternoon and it was very slow. Food was delicious and waitress was very friendly. Prices were fair.

The chips and salsa set the meal off to a great start. The salsa had a nice zing to it, chops had a great crunch. The container of chips could have been larger or bring out 2 portions when there is multiple guests. Food came out a dish at time verses table at a time. However with one waitress working we understand there will be limitations to services. The food itself was favorable and fresh. We ordered 4 entrees which were all nicely plated with limes, cilantro, onions to add to your liking. Drink not refilled as needed & noticed the Horachata was being refilled from a bucket in fridge verses the constantly rotating fountain from dining room leaving taste a bit unbalanced. This was our first time visiting, will try again.

I visited De La Fuente Tacos de Birria with my family for lunch, hoping for a pleasant experience, but what we encountered was deeply disappointing and left a bitter taste in our mouths. To be fair, the food was good well prepared and enjoyable but the appalling behavior of the restaurant’s owner completely overshadowed any positives.
In the middle of our lunch, we were shocked to witness the owner verbally berating his wife in front of staff and customers. His aggressive tone and complete lack of respect were jarring and uncomfortable, turning what should have been a relaxing family outing into a tense and unpleasant experience. It’s hard to imagine how someone who projects such a polished, professional image on social media could behave so deplorably in public. If this is how he acts in his own restaurant, I can only imagine how he treats his poor wife behind closed doors.
This unprofessional and toxic display not only tarnished the restaurant’s reputation but also ruined our afternoon. The staff seemed uncomfortable, and the atmosphere was heavy with tension, making it impossible to enjoy our time there. Despite the owner’s efforts to present an elegant image online, this experience revealed a starkly different reality. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I won’t be returning.

It's fine good food but they charge you a mandatory tip of 18% of your consumption and the horchata was deluded with water but is ok

Best Birria we’ve found in the Dallas area yet! We got Birria tacos, Birria ramen, and Birria quesadilla, all of which were amazing. The consume was on point. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. 100% recommend and we will be back.
