They always get my order right and are so very very nice to me when I go in. Sometimes I struggle to order because English isn’t my first language but they are patience and the sweet young brunette that wears pink a lot always makes sure to give me extra caramel. Very kind and good customer service

Stopped by for the first time this morning, got a cold brew. Hazlenut latte and coffe cake, all items were delicious, and Brie provided excellent customer service with a great attitude. Will be back 😊😊

Dutch Bros Coffee is a place with amazing coffee and good service. The staff is always very kind, upbeat, and friendly with the best attitudes. They always have a smile on their faces and make customers feel special. The energy at Dutch Bros is unmatched and their positive attitude is contagious. People love coming here for good coffee, Rebel, or a seasonal drink. They always get the order just right and have never had a bad order or wrong order. They are always willing to remake a drink if it is not to your liking. One customer notes they always have a pleasant experience and the person taking their order handled a difficult situation calmly. While most visits are highly recommended, one concerning visit mentioned feeling rushed due to staff yelling. Overall, it is a good place to go for some good coffee and good service, with many customers visiting regularly and planning to definitely be back.
