Quick and courteous service! Have been to a few other stores and get confused looks when I ask for any slight deviation from the available orders. This place gets it right everytime.

This is the best Einstein bagels ive been too. I ordered the wrong bagel and they were nice enough to change my order for me. Also very nice. Thank you K John and Lolo 😊

Me and my bf came here hungry. We had a terrible experience. My sandwich was slopppy made. I had asked for Tabasco and the person who made the sandwich said to go to chipotle next door to get some. Did not even prepare what I asked for. Upon opening the sandwich it just fell everywhere. My bf muffin was cold. There was also no napkins and didn’t even want to ask anymore because of the persons attitude. Never coming here again. I honestly could have just made this better at home.

This Einstein Bagels location is fantastic. The food was prepared very quickly and tasted delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. This is honestly the best Einstein Bagels I have ever been to and I highly recommend it.

The service was wonderful warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Jaylyn was especially helpful and made my visit truly enjoyable. I hope the owners take good care of their staff, because they really provide exceptional service. I ordered the Farmhouse Breakfast Sandwich, and it was delicious. My only wish is that they offered a dine-in area, because I would’ve loved to sit with a coffee and read there.

I came in this morning and got laughed at because I didn’t know how to order my bagel .. the lady was absolutely rude. I was so uncomfortable and felt embarrassed of the way she treated me. My order was wrong when I got home to look at it. Einstein bros is a great place to eat but the customer service is just awful

Today, November 08, 2025. I visited the Einstein Bagel shop at 4170 Lavon Dr Ste 120, Garland, TX 75040, around 9:00 a.m. and was warmly welcomed by a polite young man. I ordered half a dozen everything bagels and inquired whether the shop offered a military discount with ID. When he approached the lady manager to ask, she responded quite harshly, stating “no” in a loud voice, which took me by surprise. I quickly apologized for my inquiry.

I want to commend the young man for his exceptional respect and politeness; he truly deserves a 10+. He even assisted me in carrying my purchase to my vehicle with my walker. To the general manager, I hope you recognize that treating customers with respect makes a significant difference. Sadly, due to my experience here, I won’t be returning. I would advise fellow veterans to choose places where they feel valued and respected.

Asked specifically for butter with my bagel did not get it what so ever my order wasn't hard at all a plain bagel with butter and strawberry jam

The best people working here. Friendly and so welcoming, always with the best attitude. I am SO happy this location opened just in time for my farmhouse pregnancy craving on Sundays! I do wish there could be some seating area but other than that great staff and always fresh bagels!

The food is great but if you ask for the bagels to be toasted 6/10 times they will not toast them. Not the end of the world, just annoying that the consistently skip that simple step.

This was my first experience here and bring a very picky eater the food was delicious and I would definitely visit again. Would definitely recommend.
