I ordered a Churro Cake for my daughter’s birthday. I told her the date 11/30/24. I also told her I would be there at 12:00 to pick up at the Jupiter location( it’s a Paleteria. I went in to pick up order. The lady that was in charge has 0 customer service. I proceeded to ask about the cake. She had no clue what I was talking about. She said nobody had dropped off order. Ordered ahead for thanksgiving and churros seemed to have come out the fridge. The box from the bottom was soggy like when cardboard gets wet and the churros were not crunchy at all. Spent about $80 only to be disappointed. Presentation was nice however the texture was not. Had to come home and stick them in my air fryer to get the crunch back but all the ones that were drizzled and topped with stuff stayed soggy as I couldn’t put those in the air fryer.
