Ordered 4 PC Catfish with fries and a Dr. Pepper. Only one piece of the fish was fresh, you could tell that the others had been sitting under a heat lamp. the bread was good, no straw for the drink, but ok. ummmmmm, the fries, I don't t because they didn't put any in my tray.😡😡😡
To be honest we spent $50 this evening (before 5 p.m.) for a family meal and the Chicken could not truthfully be anywhere near called golden in color. Its pasties white and crust damp mushy and falling off. undercooked. Taste like flour and no seasoning. The yummy rolls were placed in the bag under the box of chicken so they were smashed. It was nearly like this last time we picked up an order but we blew it off. what has become of our favorite chicken? Has it been sold to someone...read full review
The chicken is usually really good, but they always seem to forget an item I ordered and when I went back the next day for a refund of my missing item and was politely told she couldn't because I hadn't called right then at 9 to complain, apparently my word & receipt aren't enough , the tenders were disgusting, chewy and weird color, no dipping sauce
