came with my kids late at night and ordered $40 worth of food and when i got home my two toasts were missing… called and a guy manager told me just come back and i told him specifically that i couldn’t just come back with my two kids at 10 pm. he let me know that when i came back to get food next time to just let them know i was owed two toast. did exactly that and manager mariebelle basically accused me of lying about $1 toast. demanded a receipt.. i mean who keeps food receipts in handy?? making customers pay for employees mistakes is unacceptable.

I usually come here but lately the quality of the food has gone down the bread isnt buttered or crispy like it’s always been they don’t even care about it the bread is literally supposed to be the best part the fries will be soggy sometimes as well

Dont go to this Canes i paid for my food in the drive thru with card man told me i was good to go get to the window they try to make me pay again the lady tell me check my bank acct i checked it i was charged almost $13 for my Box Combo showed them my acct when i used my card she gone get i guess her manager the big stocky black guy and he catches a attitude trying to make me pay again told him no im not using my card again if yall done already charged me i pass him the drink back in the window which he wasnt suppose to take back because thats cross contamination he catch a attitude and slam the window instead of trying to fix the situation
