I’m a little split on my review but not because of the quality of the coffee. I’m really not a fan of the hours of operation. They close so early that during the week it’s really only for those who don’t work, work from home or go to school. It’s an add choice given that the downtown square starts to get more lively after 5pm. Amazing local coffee-shop where both the staff and the regulars were friendly and welcoming.
The pour over made fresh for me with Kenyan beans may well be the best cup of coffee I've ever tasted.
Rosalind Coffee is hands down my favorite coffee spot in the area. I go 1-2 times a week and the coffee is consistently great, and the baristas are always friendly. I have yet to have anything less than a great experience there, highly recommended.
