Pamela was very rude and unprofessional. She was rushing me as I was trying to order. If she would have shut her mouth and allow me to finish, things would have gone smoother. Every time I tried to explain what I wanted she kept interrupting. She continued to get my order wrong because she refused to listen and wouldn’t stop talking over me. The time I went was 2:45pm and it was not busy so I don’t understand what the rush was.
When asked to make the meal I had ordered a large the lady taking the order was extremely rude when trying to correct it. She had an attitude about having to fix the order even though her job is to make the order I had asked for.

I ordered ahead using the app, but when the bag was brought out, it was the wrong food. When I used the button at the stall to request the correct food, the next bag that was brought out was wrong again! Fortunately, the third time was the charm. Once I finally got it, the burger was very good.
