Slow, cold food, bad service. Wouldn’t recommend this location. I may just stop going to Sonic. There isn’t another on my way home or close to home.

This was the most disgusting sonic I’ve ever been to. I’m not really sure what they fried the food in, but the fries, and corn dogs. They both tasted disgusting. I hope they’re Cleaning properly.

This is the SLOWEST restaurant!! All I ever get is drinks and most of the time it takes 10-15 mins. The crazy part is I’m usually the only person there .. do y’all hand make the soda from scratch?!!

I ordered on the app asked for a plain gambier with just ketchup and pickles . Took 30 minutes to come out got home and it was not a plain hamburger . Like how hard is it to put meat and ketchup and mustard and pickles on a burger like you did way more work than you had to . So I wasted my hard earned money on something I couldn’t eat because you piled everything on . I’m allergic to onions and one bite of that burger would have had my throat closing . Way to go you’re lucky I checked before I bit into because my lawyer would have loved to come for you . Never again will I go to this sonic .

I ordered a Oreo cheesecake master shake and didn’t see no Oreo. Are people not blending the shakes correctly? What’s going on? Does this place not want to do their job because of the milkshake machine gets dirty? I’ve had issues with this before but never wrote a review. Well here it is. Before I used to get told the ice cream machine was off and would take a hour. Everything is awful about Sonic!!! I ended up sling for a refund, I get $5 handed back, tax after $4.99 is $5.41. I was getting played. I then asked for a whole refund for the whole order after which was the #1 smash burger combo, a master shake, I tipped $10, so the whole refund was $27.51. This place sucks!

They didn't give me one of the meals i ordered. One shake without whipped cream, though asked for in the moblie order. The server didn't seem to care much that a large part of my order was missing. Didn't have enough time to wait another 20 minutes so we just left. The food that we did get was fine though.

Waited 15min after ordering, ran wrong food to car, then whoever it was working the line didn’t come back out. Tbh you gotta try to be that bad😬😬 only saving grace is that we didn’t pay so no hassle for money at least

This location is usually a hit or miss. It takes so long for one simple order and there won't be many people, while I do understand that they might be understaffed or might run out of materials, 25 minutes for one order without communication is not okay. Every time I order a sauce, it's always missing. Last time my brother ordered an unsweet tea and they tried to disguise it as a half and half, he can't have sugar because he's diabetic. It was all he ordered.

Ordered food twice within 3nights apart. VERY specific on what I ordered & twice got it wrong & the tots were fried in old old oil which has me sick to my stomach now after eating 6. BEWARE..FOOD POISONING FROM OLD OLD
