“Exceptional service by waitress Karen H. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered the "Never Ending Pasta Bowl" and unlimited salad. Both the pasta was delicious and our salad was crisp and fresh. Olive Garden's brand new location in Garland TX! We'll be back. ?

“Visited on a weekday and had a wonderful experience! The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and we were seated immediately. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent from start to finish. “Went on 12/19/2025 for lunch with my mother and 25 year old granddaughter and the front person who seats guest asked me if she needed a child menu which embarrassed her. She's short, petite lady but really now. I expected more from Omive Garden.“

“Review from a sick person:
I have 3 kids. We were treated to the stomach flu 2 weeks ago by a play place we took the kids to, so I ordered pho for myself for delivery. It was so much food I couldn’t finish it so I drained the broth to save the broth in the fridge to drink later. The broth was a complete gel… absolutely solidified. This tells me the person making the broth knows what they are doing as it has all the collagen in it. It’s a quality broth.
So now here I am today. We got invited earlier in the week to a kids birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. I’ve had a fever for 4 days now and took a home flu test. I tested positive for Flu A. I am going to get more pho just for the broth. They offer a noodles and broth only option which is perfect for why I am getting soup. I live 2 minutes from this place and I am writing this review because I’m thankful for their broth and never want them to close. My son is in kindergarten so many more sicknesses are ahead of us.“

“My wife and I wanted to go out to eat on our wedding anniversary and I picked olive garden since the last time we were there it was great. I really do not eat out much I hate to pay so much more when I can make it better at home. Mike the lunch manager was great, the food was really good! The eggplant parmigiana was very good. I have tried to make it at home but it was always ok . My hats off to everybody there, you all did great!“

“Great salads and great people. There was a crazy lady with a catering order yelling at the whole staff about how to do their jobs. The staff remained professional and even helped my party out middle of the crazy lady’s micro managing. The staff remained professional and helped us out. Great place to eat. Will be coming back.“

“We as a group of elderly 65-92 enjoyed ourselves with laughter, conversation and good meal our way. The waitress did not mind the special instructions for each person. The manager was accommodating to our need of special location in the restaurant. Our second holiday luncheon and we will be going back again. Great food. The service was great and timely.“

“Another great experience today. It’s back under the original name of Chips and Salsa. My wife and I have been here many times in the past. The food is good and love that I have other options than Frankie’s. They are offering 2 free margaritas at until they get a new license. LIKE station to order independently. Like extra roll with soups and option of no creamy soup. Problem of curb on southern side. There is no walk or wheel ramp but rather step up on curb then rocks. Difficult for anyone with walking issue or todlers or whechairs.“
