We ordered the 3 meats BBQ feast, beverages, and a dessert platter for a client lunch and everything was incredible! From the customer service, to delivery and setup, to the actual food itself, everything was amazing. Our clients loved the lunch as well, our company will definitely be ordering from them again for future events. I don’t usually do bad reviews, but the food I got from Thornhill Catering for my teambuilding event was awful. I ordered their signature sandwiches and a few vegetarian wraps in the executive lunchboxes, and the bread was hard as a rock, the fruit tasted like it was prepared a week before, pasta salad was slimy and the lettuce tasted like it had not been washed. I have people that attended my event to this day, reminding me of how bad the food was. It’s unfortunate, Because this catering company was referred to me by someone. Spending a several hundred dollars, Putting in the order in advance and I had even tipped the driver for the delivery. On the day of the event, I was lucky enough that there were several other restaurants nearby, where I could order additional stuff to make up for this huge disaster. Just hope they’re able to improve their quality of food.

Thornhill is my go to, to all my catering needs for our corporate functions! They are highly reliable and the food always 5 star. Great quality, delicious and portions are generous (buffet/individual packaged). You will not be disappointed! The staff is amazing, Rochelle and Andrea the best!

I wish I had 10 more stars to give this company! This review is so long overdue! Donald and his team catered for our wedding in 2022 and we had the BEST experience with them! From the planning phase to execution, no hiccups! Everyone kept commenting about how great the food was. My husband and I absolutely loved everything!!! We had 250 guests and they executed flawlessly! I would recommend them a billion times! Already sending a referral your way! Keep it up Thornhill!

They're always quick to fix anything missing or making adjustments when needed. The staff the sets up is always friendly and respectful of the space. I've used a few other catering companies here and there but always go back to Thornhill because they never disappoint!
