It’s so hard to find vegan food, especially Mexican vegan food. Mollie has blown me out of the water with her food selections. We have traveled far and wide to catch a plate from this woman and I never regret it. Ever.
We have used Chef Mollie for Meal Prep, events, and privately in our home. She is absolutely amazing. Not only is her food THE BEST she is so incredibly kind. For my birthday she came and made my favorites: cacio e pepe, cajun salmon and shrimp, asparagus, and mini key lime pie tarts. Everything was amazing but the shrimp and salmon were cooked so perfectly I couldn’t believe it. OMG please if you ever find La Chefita at an event give her all your money!!! The food is amazing, giving her own twist to authentic Mexican food. Plus the team’s vibes are immaculate :)
