Some of the best meat I've ever had my lips around. Very little if any fat in the chopped sandwich. I highly recommend the Peach ribs. Worth the wait because you have to special order them. Can do next day.

Ribs were perfectly cooked with good smoke flavor, brisket was tender, juicy and nicely seasoned, sausage was also good and not overcooked. Excellent beans! Great value, exceptional pricing, worth the stop.
