Boston cream croissant they are delicious
My husband and I were in from out of town and I was looking for some place that I could get something sweet and we found Galaxy bakery online so we thought we would try it I was very much impressed with the quality of a cupcake and I also got gluten free which was very tasty they stayed nice and soft for a couple days I would definitely recommend these cupcakes
Our friends up in DFW knew that the best cure for being stuck at home with Covid was to order us some mini pies - and they were spectacular! I got the chocolate cream and hubs had the key lime. The crust was flaky and not over cooked or soggy. There was the perfect amount of whipped cream and the cherry on top was the perfect touch. I’d never heard of the bakery before and to find out it is only 2.5 miles from our house - we will definitely be in for more once we’re all better!
