I am not a big fan of Panera. I ate here with my dad recently. It is confusing to pace an order. You do it by kiosk only. To get to the pay option on the kiosk is also confusing. They do not bring your food to you. You have to make sure to listen carefully for your number to be called. If you need anything extra, there is no one to ask. There is no one refilling drinks. Unfortunately Panera has, imo, gone downhill considerably the last few years. $7 for a tiny half sandwich that was mostly lettuce & did not have the avocado that was part of the recipe.. The pastry was near flavorless. This location is iffy whether it will be clean when you walk in, but this day it was better than others I've stopped by.
