Lately, orders have been incorrect and food is luke warm at best. Today the app didn't give me my discount and the gal said I had to contact corporate because they could not refund it there. Then on top of all that, my burgers were made incorrectly and not even close to hot.
There is always some wait time at sonic. But the last time top it all. We waited about an hour. I kept asking the waitress that I saw walking beside my car. She was soo rude snapping her answers as of I’m restarted and I font’s get it. All the cars in my side left. I was the only one and still no one take our order. New cars started coming and their orders were coming out. I’m glad a nicer one handed our food. But that was after multiple times getting the order wrong. It...read full review
