Dairy Queen in Graham

“I was blown away by the service, speed and quality of food and staff! Our Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA) group met up at the Highway 380 Dairy Queen for food and ice cream after our rally was completed. We arrived with a large number of hungry bikers. The speed at which the orders were taken, cooked and/or made, and then served was totally amazing! The parking lot was large enough and well maintained to accommodate a large variety of vehicles and easily accessible both entering and exiting. The dining area is good sized with plenty of seating!! One of our group commented they had never seen a Dairy Queen that fast and accurate with every order!! Awesome job!! It was truly a blessed experience and is a blessing to the community they serve!“

“I waited in line for more than ten minutes for one ice water. I called to ask why they didn't send the car in front off me around the building to wait and they called me an angry customer and said that they only have two people they're and don't have time to run an order out to a car. Running the order putt takes two minutes. That's less time than I spent in the line.
I wasn't angry, just upset that they weren't thinking about the customers in the line. I've worked fast food and it isn't that hard too ask someone to pull around then take the order out.“
