We were there with a group of six from Moritz Chevrolet to support Hank's Jam which we sponsor and what a time it was!!! There was several of us in the group that decided to try the Meat Board which was awesome it included, pork ribs, brisket, sausage, ribeye steak, a couple of grilled quail, different cheeses and all the fixins and it was perfect for our group!!! Smoked turkey was outstanding. Also had sliced brisket. Spices were unique, and really enjoyable. Cowboy beans were a nice add.
