First time eating here. I ordered the chopped beef sandwich and green chili Mac and cheese! No complaints. Food was good, the Texas vibe was good. I recommend this if you're looking for real bbq.

Best BBQ in Granbury by far! James and his staff to a wonderful job of providing great food AND entertainment at this great little gem. Monica mixes phenomenal Peanut Butter Cup martinis and Orange Dreamsicle martinis at the bar. But the food.... oh yeah....they have the best brisket, ribs and calf fries EVER!

EVERYTHING we got was AMAZING! The meats had amazing flavor, we all tried the different sides and the Brussel sprouts, Mac and cheese and Sriracha coleslaw were my favorite. The portions were generous (we did not leave hungry) and the banana pudding.....YES! Our waitress Amy was so sweet, attentive and informative. By far my favorite place we ate at while visiting Texas!
We really wanted to like Brock's but unfortunately after trying it several times its just not for us. The first time I tried it, my husband stopped in and order meals for carry out. The brisket was extremely dry and the sides were mediocre. It's hard to make a final judgement on food that was carried out so we decided to try it again and this time we dined in. The staff wasn't rude but it does seem like they would rather be somewhere else. All in all, the food ended up being exactly the same as it was the first time. Dry brisket and sides that weren't worth eating. My daughter ordered a baked potato and it was almost completely dried out. BBQ is expensive and needs to be top notch for what you have to pay for it. Sadly, this just falls short.

Thought we would give it a try for supper,, big mistake. Beer was cold,fries were good, okra good also and the mac an cheese. Now the meat,, brisket was DRY and chewy,,blah. Wife had chopped brisket sandwich ,, said reminded her of Buccees. We spent about $60 with tip. Main reason I tried Brock’s was for the brisket.lesson learned, will not go back. I should have complained,,,just didn’t want the hassle.

I come in every Tuesday for about 3 years now , and punky always has everything ready to go for us . She is awesome , and always knows our orders . Brock’s is the best !
We are cooks, so it tends to make us very picky. One of my specialties is barbecue and this barbecue is better than mine. This is excellent, best barbecue I’ve had in years!! we will certainly be back and bring more people with us. So good, it didn’t even need sauce!!!
