Beyond great! I drove 22 hours to get to Granbury and i would drive twice that far to eat at Brock’s again. The brisket and ribs have great smoke and fall off the bone tender. The beans alone are bursting with cowboy flavour. We had the junkyard nachos as an app and they where smothered in tasty cheese, pulled pork, cowboy beans…..don’t walk, run to Brock’s food and drink!

Best BBQ in Granbury by far! James and his staff to a wonderful job of providing great food AND entertainment at this great little gem. Monica mixes phenomenal Peanut Butter Cup martinis and Orange Dreamsicle martinis at the bar. But the food.... oh yeah....they have the best brisket, ribs and calf fries EVER!

EVERYTHING we got was AMAZING! The meats had amazing flavor, we all tried the different sides and the Brussel sprouts, Mac and cheese and Sriracha coleslaw were my favorite. The portions were generous (we did not leave hungry) and the banana pudding.....YES! Our waitress Amy was so sweet, attentive and informative. By far my favorite place we ate at while visiting Texas!
