My husband and I used to love coming in to eat breakfast on the weekends. Since their expansion, the service has seriously declined. They seat you but they don't communicate this with the servers. The servers they have can't seem to keep up. It's only okay now. Just this morning we were overlooked on being waited on, while customers who came in after us, were waited on first. We were excited for them to be able to expand, but now, not sure it was the best move for their business.

Not going to lie, since the expansion of Firehouse, there’s been a major decline all around. This place used to be phenomenal. Now it’s subpar at best. The last three times I’ve been my food has come out luke warm, had multiple items on my ticket messed up, and just all around not as friendly as they used to be.
If you read this review firehouse, just know you lost a loyal customer for about 3 years now. Fix your problems!
