Damn! I feel so bad for Philly. Larry's is the OG! And, if they run out of cheesesteak, (it's in the name) the burgers are insane! Want lots of fries?they got 'em! I crave Larry's. And I recommend them to all my work friends.
Easily the BEST cheesesteak I've ever had in Texas! And it's not even close. Finally, a local place with cheesesteaks that rival the northeast! I got the footlong with provolone. The meat was high quality and shaved thin, tender, and seasoned perfectly- and there were no pieces of fat or gristle that can easily ruin a sandwich. The hoagie roll was super fresh, too. As the burger place down the road says, Granbury, not DFW since……. However, this was an accidental find today. Glad I found this place. Cheese steak was awesome. Plus I found another food truck selling a much needed ice coffee right next to Larry’s.If you are in the area or driving through like myself, stop by and grab a cheesesteak with Wiz!!!
