The staff hardly spoke to me they didn't tell me that there was going to be a long wait for my pizza they didn't tell me that there wasn't any available or how long the wait would be it was really annoying and I probably will try other pizza restaurants next time because I can't stand horrible customer service and not even speaking to me it didn't make sense I didn't like it I understand people get busy but they need to communicate what the customers. I don't really like their system for walking customers because now we're at the bottom of the list if you're just a walk-in customer you're treating it like a second class customer everyone else is coming in and getting their orders you see pizzas coming out but they're for other orders they don't have any available in the fresh container like they used to where you could just go on and buy a pizza because they had several fresh ones available now that doesn't exist and it's really annoying to me I don't want to have to call in or go online to place an order every time I want to go to Little Caesars I want to go in pay 10 bucks and walk out 5 minutes later that's the best thing about them and they've lost it I can get a better pizza 5 different places in town but what I liked about Little Caesars is that I could go in and be out in 5 or 10 minutes and spend 10 bucks or less really

We order from little Caesar’s every week as a family pizza night. It’s not the best pizza but typically consistent flavor for a fair price, until recently. We order pizza online and received a notification it was ready. When I arrived I looked at the pick up portal and it wasn’t in there, so I walked up to the counter, there was no line, just 2 people standing to the side to pick up their order as well. I stood there for 10 minutes, 2 employees walked by me 3-4 times and didn’t even acknowledge I existed. Finally an employees brings a pizza to the front and calls a name, after she finally asks what I needed with a lot of attitude, the whole interaction felt like I was a huge inconvenience and not welcome there at all. The whole experience was really off putting. To top it off, I ordered 5 pizzas and when I got home and opened the box 3 of the pizzas were wrong.
We’ve been ordering little Ceasars once a week for years, but after being made to feel like my existing there was a burden, I won’t be ordering from there again.
