Excellent place on the square for breakfast! Staff is very friendly and super helpful. The place is small but plenty of places to sit inside and a few outside. We were hungry so we got omlets which came with home fries and excellent bread! Thick wheat toast and we got a muffin that was moist and flavorful. Made the start of the day easy!
Paradise Bistro & Coffee Co. is a quaint little place on the south side of the historic town square in Granbury next door to the Opera House.
I eat here often and DoorDash from here as well. I have had almost everything on the menu- from breakfast (pancakes, omelets, bacon, etc.) to lunch items (sandwiches, etc). I don't drink coffee, so I cannot attest to those items.

I’ve only eaten here a couple of times over the past 15 years. Today was the first time we had breakfast and it was the BEST Migas I have EVER had! The portions are HUGE and DEFINITELY worth it! The atmosphere is comfortable, clean and quaint. 10/10 we will be back again!
