Slow, slow, slow. Did I mention Slow! Meat that was sticking out of the bun was burnt. Dominant flavor was mustard.
It’s sad I had to say no, I will no longer recommend…it used to be my favorite sandwich/salad shop. The staff needs training in greeting customers in the drive thru, the owner needs to drive thru incognito…and see what I mean. I sat behind two trucks yesterday for
20 minutes!! The only reason I didn’t leave was, there is no escape lane to get out of line! Then I got to the window, had to honk my horn, guess I was invisible…and they didn’t hear my order….! I left...read full review
(mind you during all of this it was a 20 min. wait while we watched them take other orders and laughing and talking amongst themselves) my fiance and i ordered online, got there they were out of the roast beef we both ordered. they asked if we want turkey instead, and we said yes. but we looked on the app and it was $2+ for roast beef added to both of the sandwiches. we asked for a refund instead and they told us just take the food and they will get the refund to us later today...read full review
