Wanted to like it based on the pix here...not sure what he ordered to get that much meat...mine was 4 TINY TOUGH TOUGH pieces...little dab of pot salad...almost 20 inc tip...i dont think so...yall gotta learn to tenderize...you have a goldmine thatll be a dust bowl b4 long..Sorry

This is a new BBQ trailer in Granbury, right off Hwy 377. The staff was very friendly and patient while I looked over their menu board prior to ordering. The trailer and surrounding area is very clean.I ordered 1/2 lb of sliced brisket, 1/4 lb smoked turkey, three pork ribs, a side of beans and a side of potato salad. The total came to right about $33.Brisket: Tender, moist, and a beautiful smoke ring.Ribs: OMG tender and delicious!Turkey: Possibly the best smoked turkey I've ever had.Beans: Undercooked and not very flavor.Potato Salad: Delicious and mustard based.BBQ Sauce: Good, but nothing special. Kinda tasted like Sweet Baby Ray's, but I'm sure it wasn't.Granbury is a BBQ wasteland and this joint is a welcome addition! We will definitely go back.

Picked up pulled pork, ribs, sliced brisket, Turkey and beans for a family gathering. All I can say is WOW the food was amazing. Everything was so moist and smoked to perfection. Robbie and Rae Jeanne y’all such a blessing to this community. Your love of the Lord shines through the excellency in all you do!
