“Yesterday was my first visit there. I got the papaya salad to go and it was Wonderful. Can't wait to try more things on the menu. I also liked the atmosphere while I was waiting. I fully recommend Simply Asia.

“The food is absolutely amazing, the onigiri that I had were both really delicious and I had absolutely no complaints about the time it took for them to cook and package the food.
The atmosphere is lacking simply because it is a food court, I would love for it to be a stand-alone restaurant instead of part of a food court.“

“I would give it a five star but my cold shrimp will shred and fall apart couldn't even peel it. Cold shrimp my favorite btw. Everything else was delicious tho!! They did have crawfish,crabs, salmon, sushi,a lot of options!! Rice was delicious!!

“This place was near our hotel, and we wanted some soup to end our day. The restaurant is located in a sketchy area by some apartments and inside a market-style setup. I ordered the chicken khao poon. While the flavor was good, I really wish they offered the vegetables on the side instead of mixing them into the bowl. I didn’t like the taste of the bean sprouts and purple cabbage. It would be much better served separately.

Their sticky rice was also given in a syrofoam to-go container instead of the traditional Lao rice container (thip khao), which keeps the rice warmer and adds to the authentic dine-in experience.

Coming from a health department background (although not in this city), I was very turned off seeing staff wearing sandals while taking orders and serving food. They should know this is not up to health code and could easily be reported.

Customer service was non-existent. No one checked in on us, and we were short on napkins the entire time. The Thai iced tea was also way too sweet because of the heavy condensed milk.

Overall, the food was decent, but the presentation, environment, and lack of basic health standards were disappointing.“

“Our go to pho spot for years and we live 20 min out. Never disappoints. Always consistent!! We even got a hug for coming in today from our favorite team member. Suggestion - Bring back the bar seating!! 😉“

“Almost 5 star and by far still the best dim sum location! Tried other locations 20+ minutes away and were pricey, but not good quality. Food definitely still tastes great as it was 15+ years ago. Ambiance, suggestion for a bit deep cleaning on uncommon areas for customer view and employees area, separate/hide cleaning/chemical products AWAY from food/counters, and make sure your employees know if there's seafood in certain foods, not just simply yes/no understanding language barrier. There are customers who could die from food allergies, especially seafood! Also, if serving utensils fall on the floor, PLEASE properly sanitize it in the back! We witnessed an employee just wipe it off and there's NO such thing as 5 second rule in food industry! Another suggestion, windows are tinted and would be nice if they were not so it could bring more curiosity of customers to see and try the place.“

“I ordered 5 veg egg rolls and 2 eggs drop soups. I asked for two Egg Rolls and one Soup to eat here. And 2 sweet & sour cups. One to eat with in restaurant and one to take home to eat with the my take out order. He refused to provide me with the extra one with an attitude. I aaked, so you expect me to consume 5 Egg Rolls with just one cup. He said, I only get one. I gave been coming here for years to eat at your restaurant and everyone has always been Great. I am very disappointed with the treatment I received today. My daughter and son come here very frequently also using the Drive Thru. I really felt like telling my story on Facebook and Tio-Tok, but I Won’t thus time because he is not the Woke Proprietor. he brought my order to my table in a bag. It did matter to him that I had told him that was an eat-in and take out order. I informed my Wife,Son Daughter and Friends about my experience there today.
