I have been going to the Dunkin Donuts location on Pioneer Pkwy in Grand Prairie for 6 years. Not ONCE have the gotten my order right. They always forget something, give me the wrong item, I ask for very little cream in my cup of coffee and get a whole cup of what looks like milk, Ava the worst of the worst, I order hot food and it's STILL frozen.
