Although some may not be bothered by the poor acoustics that causes you to lean in and raise your voice to be heard by the person sitting across from you. It is a disappointment to an otherwise favorable dining experience. Perhaps in the future, consideration be given to having more sound absorbing interior designs. I stopped by First Watch for the first time to have brunch. I ended up ordering the Italian Poblano sausage skillet with scrambled eggs. It came with a side of mixed fruit and multigrain toast and jam. I was feeling adventurous, so I got a mimosa. The skillet was hot and fresh, and a nice sized serving… and the mimosa had me feeling mighty fine. ☺️ I will be returning to try some of their other menu items. I recommend this spot.
First time at First Watch and the food and drinks were great. Reminds me of Oddfellows. Will be returning to try more great tasting food and drinks.
